Idiom of the Day: On Edge

Meaning:
      The idiom "On edge" means when someone is on edge, they are very nervous and tense and often rather irritable. If something puts or sets someone on edge, it makes them feel nervous or tense

Example:
      I don't know why Adam is on edge today. But I think it was from that car accident he had weeks ago.
