Idiom of the Day: In Someone's/the Blood

Meaning:
     The expression "in someone's/the blood" means that someone or something could naturally do something well because other members of that person's family have done the same thing before the person himself.


Example:
     Basketball is in Stephen Curry's blood. It's no surprise, since Stephen Curry's dad, Dell Curry, was a basketball star.
